Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for haircut appointments.

For color services or appointments lasting 2 hours or more, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

Cancellations made with less notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

For color services or appointments lasting 2 hours or
more, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or
no-shows will be charged the full service amount (100%).
